Purple Line Enduro Caravan Mover

The Purple Line Enduro caravan mover is constructed using high tensile steel components. It has a laser cut, compact drive gearbox, which produces more power whilst drawing less current than some rival chain driven designs.

The Enduro caravan mover is equipped with lightweight, solid cast alloy rollers, which act upon the tyres to move the caravan. The Enduro's alloy rollers incorporate a patented, channel cut design with a life time guarantee and use an over centre cam engagement which locks into place providing sufficient force to drive the wheels.

The Enduro is suitable for single axel caravans (2 motors) up to 2.25 tonnes and twin axel caravans (four motors) up to 3.5 tonnes. A twin axel caravan requires four motors, which is two Enduro caravan mover kits.

The Enduro uses an over centre cam engagement mechanism that pushes the rollers onto the tyres and then locks into place. When the mover is installed correctly, with the rollers mounted 20mm off the tyres when disengaged, then once the rollers are engaged onto the tyre the amount of force generated will be sufficient for most circumstances.

The Enduro has the cross actuation feature, which enables both rollers to be engaged simulataneously from either side of the caravan.

The Enduro caravan mover is water resistant, and to a certain extent waterproof, however it should not be operated when submerged.

The Enduro can be used on a dual axel caravan with four motors, all synchronised to the one handset. Instructions on how to pair and synchronise the handset is contianed within the user manual
